Built to the boundary on two sides, this exemplary resort-style residence in the heart of Brighton proved a challenging, but extremely rewarding build — one that began long before construction, with a vision for how the family wanted to live. Collaborative teamwork between Architect, Builder and Client, guided by a brief to create a home that would be lived in, not simply admired, ensured the success of this technically sophisticated project. With family regularly visiting from overseas, every space was shaped by listening and trust, ensuring the home could comfortably bring three generations together — the result of countless decisions made collectively.
