Large scale open plan living that caters for entertaining at any time of year.

Seamless interaction from the kitchen to the alfresco area was a must for our very social clients.

The sleek kitchen layout was a standout in this project. The bench space is ample room for entertaining and preparing meals. The dark tone of the cabinetry and quirky tiling showcases the incredible design dynamic achieved in this space.

The custom made staircase stands out and perfectly introduces the first floor to the ground floor. The light timber floors and stair treads provide contrast to the dark materials of basalt and steel used outside.

A quick stop at the bar won’t be looked down upon as you make your way down the hallway. The large windows ensure natural light fills the space and help achieve the brief of bridging the gap between indoors and outdoors.

Low maintenance was a key criteria for the project – cleverly selected materials ensured this.

Unique materials that required little upkeep, and would allow the home to maintain its contemporary edge were specified to both the indoor and outdoor areas of the property.
