This masterpiece was carefully curated through a two-year journey of heritage restoration, shaped by an incredible client and builder relationship. A sunken basement below the original homestead and a lap pool sitting above it created real technical challenges, but our team thrived on them — preserving a 130-year-old homestead while building a contemporary extension beneath and beyond it.
