Shoreham is the result of careful collaboration, thoughtful planning and a deep respect for its unique setting. Every stage of the renovation was approached with precision, with a focus on retaining the character of the property while introducing carefully crafted new elements. Reclaimed timber was repurposed into feature retaining walls, an original water tank found new life as a bespoke wine cellar, and every detail was considered to create a home that feels enduring, authentic and intrinsically connected to its landscape. Set among Red Hill South’s red volcanic soils, the project carried personal weight — the clients are close friends, and that trust shaped the whole process.
